Daughter's right in her fathers property

My grand father had two sons and a daughter,he died in the year 1956.In the year 1999,my father and my uncle,divided, my grand father's earned property,and it has registered,in the year,1999,it self,without any share to their sister.My father's sister has been married in the year 1967.Now is claiming, her share in her father's earned property,which has been divided,by my father and my uncle and the partiton registered.Please advise in the above issue.

what is the date of death of your grand father? did your grandfather make any will? did your aunt relinquish her share in the property in any way - i mean how the property transmitted in the name of your father and uncle to the exclusion of your aunt? which state do you belong to? what is the nature of property?

Apparently the property was shared by partition dedd and it was registered.

What right daughter in law has on acquired property by her mother in law especially when she has a divorce proceedings going on filed by the husband on desertion.
