Pls lite on this topic:-
We are in construction business in UP and making a multi storied apartment here. We wanted to tieup our project with a bank to provide loan facility to our customers for which we submitted all legal formalities to bank but bank advocate ask for 143 conversion letter however our Project comes in “R” Zone of “Nagar Mahayojna” and approved from Development authority as well.
So Pls suggest something about this.
