I am fighting a civil land dispute case with a local businessman.
I am facing a criminal application u/s 340 CRPC for filing a complaint against me stating that I alleged suppressed material facts from the Court.
I presented my evidence while proceedings u/s 340 CRPC underwent. Now the case is listed for arguments.
I would like to know whether I can submit my written arguments u/s 314 CRPC for proceedings u/s 340 CRPC in the CIVIL Court?
Is section 314 CRPC appropriate section for filing written arguments for proceedings u/s 340 CRPC in CIVIL COURT?
It is not a bar to use section 314 CRPC in CIVIL Court, is it?
I am little confused? Please help me.
