354 d - stalking

Hi Guys,

A man was stalking my sister 3-4 years back and we have evidence of the same. While he stopped his activities 3-4 years back, very recently someone called my sister's office and spoke wrong things. We suspect it's him, but we dont have evidence.

Can we register an FIR against the man now ? Please advise

	If ur sister is in London it's her headache, u don't come into the picture at all and she is not a minor can file a written complaint against this person whom she thinks is stalking her.

But can she file a case here in India if she is London right now...and the calls have been going to her London office...

Why are you giving facts on instalement basis.
