I have filed application in Police Station to take cognizance of cognizible offence. There were 4 accused names in complaint.
Police did not take cognizance.
Then I moved to court and asked court to direct police investigation us crpc 156(3). Asked court to take cognizance us ipc 420 406 471 etc.
I meet IO yesterday and he mentioned that he is going to file Charge Sheet against only one accused.
I have following questions:
1. If police do not include all accused in Case then how I can included those 3 names in case?
2. Will this case be treated as a complaint case or State case? Do I need to appoint lawyer to fight this case?
3. What should be my next step?
4. What I need to do to treat this case as a State Case?
