Indemnity bond is the bond incase the company suffers any loss due to your negligience, you have to indemnify the company.

Service agreement bond stipulates a condition that incase you brach the terms of service agreement you need to pay the damages of such breach,

Indemnity bond is that which executer agrees to compensate the other party a fixed amount as compensation for breach of such terms and conditions.

The service bond is a mutual agreement between employer and employee agreeing for terms and conditions stipulated in the bond on probation, resignation, termination, noticce period, salary structure, other benefits etc.,

Post full facts of the matter at your hands.

It might be possible to liberate from shackles of both Indemnity Bond, Service bond.
