We are thinking of setting up a football field in Maharashtra (Pune), which will be rented out on hourly/ daily basis as well as we will be carrying out coaching and tournaments on this facility.
We have below questions please and would be great to have a response to them.
1. Do we need to take any approvals/ permission (from police/ municipal authorities/ any other regulatory authority (other than income tax and service tax)) to carry out this business?
2. If this football field is on the terrace of a 7 storey commercial building, is there any approval required from any authority because the activity is on the terrace?
The football field will be fully covered from all sides and top. We are a registered body corporate.
