Arbitration validity

The Company has initiated an arbitration claiming the amount due from its client. The proceedings are in progress and without participating in the arbitration the client has filed another arbitration in the stock exchange. Is it valid. can any one explain me in this matter with any HC or SC judgements.

m nt getting ur pt about another arbitration? a person has to go under the agreement according to company. the decision will be binding. if he will not be satisfied by decision then only he can move to court. he himself cannot approach seperate arbitratot if company does not consent. for further queries  send details at s_renu25@yahoo.com

you have to capture the agreement clauses, if the clause in agreement permits then he can go ahead....... if it does not permit he has to abide your arbitration
