Assignment of a right to a subsequent purchaser

A party buys from the power agent (also the builder) of a vendor a certain area of undivided share in land, and then enters into a memorandum of agreement with the builder for building an apartment unit. Now the orginal buyer wants to sell it. Can he sell his interest in the undivided land share and then assign his building contract to a subsequent purchaser. The builder is in yet to handover possession to the original owner, and there are works remaining to carrid out on the apartment building.

if so, can anyone send a draft composite agreement of sale of undivided share in land and assignment of the building contract.
