Sir,
I am staying for rent in an appartment in cochin.There are two blocks (A & B),I am staying in B block.Ablock has 11 houses and B block has 10.Most of houses in my block are rented .only two owners stay there.The secretary and president stays in A block.For pumping water to both appartments same motor is used.That motor is not working properly.For block A they pump water for 15 mins and in Block B they pump hardly10 mins.So in Block B water comes only 2 hour and In Block A they get water 24 hours.I am in the process of buying this flat .All tenents in Block B are suffering a lot due to water shortage.The corporation water tank which is in undergroud has plenty of water, but secretary doesn't pump equally.Whenever i ask fto pump equally in both blocks ,they talk roughly.What should i do.
