Baileble or nonbaileble

non-bailable but whether to grant bails or accused can be released under certain amount of bond if it is desired by Judge as the charge sheet in cases of Sections 7, 13(1)(GH), 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 should be framed and submitted within 90 days, if not then accused will have right to apply for bail and accused to be released on bail till final disposal.

I attach herewith a Judgment arrived at in ACB case under Sections 7, 13(1)(GH), 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 for study and comments of my all learned friends.
