become a Majestrate

I am a Law student of final year from the Bangalore University. After courses completed, Can I enroll as an advocate in the Apex court of India?  Is there any restriction to enroll as an advocate in the  Supreme  court for other state advocates?

Another question is what is the qualification for writing the Majestrates exam, is there any age limit for the same.

Dear Sir/Madam please clear my doubts.

Thanks & Regards

you can become a magistrate directly by writing the exams conducted by the state. the age limit is 35 for oc and 40 to bc.

if you want enroll on supreme court ,firstly you have to write the on record exams.

In order to be an Advocate on record at Apex court you have to pass an examination . Only advocate on record can present papers in Supreme court. Please get details regarding the examination rules . Any  registered advocate can argue  cases before supreme court.
