We were farmers in the past.
But now we dont have any agriculture land.
I intend to buy agriculture land on my mothers name by showing her as a farm labourer and get letter of employement from the intented seller of the land (type of land grass).
Kindly advise if this can be legally done and successful transfer of ownership title on 7/12 on my mothers name.
