Dear Lawyers,
I want to book a house in Bangalore Whitefield Area.The builder land is 'Gram panchyat approved'
but not approved by either BDA or BBMP and they are saying the property comes under BBMS limit
as far my knowledge if its comes under BBMP then they should take approval from BBMP not Gram panchayat.
One of my Friend has booked a flat and the builder was not able to provide the RTC from 1961 to 1996 b as
he says earlier the layout use to be in kolar dist. and then it was moved to hosakotte and later on now it
is KR Puram. So he says that he is not able to get the documents but still he is trying.
So kindly confirm ..Is it safe to go ahead with such projects and what else documents we need to
verify.
