Until divorce is granted, you are the legal wife and have unconditional right to live in your matrimonial home. No question about it. So just go and start living there and if he does not allow you, go to the Police. If he has married without divorcing you, tell the police about bigamy but you must have proof of his marriage. May be he is just having fun with another woman. That is not bigamy even if he living with her.
