Can Other than LAW graduate can defent in Court

Respected Forum Namaskar,

I would like to know that: Whether A Graduate other than LAW (LLB/LLM etc.,) Graduate can defend his/her case in the court directly.

If So what is the procedure.?.

I request the Forum to kindly guide me.

YES. HE CAN APPEAR IN PERSON TO PRESENT HIS OWN CASE. NO MATTER THE COURT HAS TO HEAR HIM AND GIVE DUE WEIGHT TO HIS PRESENTATION AS A LAWYER.

'Petitioner-in-person' is permitted.But cannot present/argue for litigasnts as lawyer.

yes a person other than a lawyer can defend his case with the due permission of the court.

Yes you can do so. But subsequently you may have have face issues relating to technicalities of law and its process and you would not be permitted to use the excuse later that " i didnot know the law and it's process." I suggest that you carefully think before you proceed. All the best !
