Case date is on good friday, a state holiday

Case Date is on Good Friday, a state holiday

Court cases filed on dubious grounds are getting lingered because not getting opportunity to present my arguments resulting in loss of time, money and peace of mind. What to do? Please suggest some way out.

Detail:

In the M.M Court - Calcutta

Since 05th Nov 2014  NO hearing commencing because new posting of the Ld. Judge is still under process. On last date 16-12-2015 next date was allotted to 25/03/2016 without checking that its on Good Friday, a holiday in W.B.. On next working day i.e. 28/03/2016 court clerk said will take some time in allotting next date for the case which is still to come.

End result  – Culprits are enjoying their loot and I’m waiting for justice.

What to do? Please suggest some way out.

Thanks
