Dear Sir,
I am a resident of hyderabad. Last week i have been accused of drunken driving under section 184 and 185 (a) of MV act 1988. I have been tested with 42 % BAC level and the police had filed a charge sheet and asked me to produce before 5th Metropolitan magistrate special court and pay the fine . Later they released the vehicle.
Now my worry is since they have filed a charge sheet against me , does it affect anyway my career and employment anyway? Due to my job i have to be travelling abroad and does it reflect anywhere in police clearance certificates. I have not been convicted of any other cases apart from this. im really worried . Pls somebody help me on this .
