I have been charged under IPC 279 five years ago but Honorable court acquitted me from all charges last year...now there is no case pending against me..
however recently I have been selected for Govt Job and my police will do the poilce verification...as I went to the Police Station and have been told that they have to mention about the case I have faced in Past...
I don't understand as now I am free from all charges why do they have to mention about it in the verification report and will it cause any trouble for me to get final appointment or i am not eligible for govt jobs anymore ?
as I have already posted it in expert section and I am getting different opinions there some are saying it won't be a problem and some are saying i have no chance for govt job.
Please help and guide me...ill do whatever it takes to get me final appointment.
