Clarity on tresspassing

the agreement with my tenant expired and i have given him a 3 month notice in month of july via mail. since he did not vacate on the stipulated time I sent him an Advocate notice. for which he did not reply.

I would like to know that since the agreement expired will the tenant be charged for tresspassing and a police case be filed

 Need you advice on this

No. Your recourse is the court. If / when he looses in Court and yet does not vacate within stipulated period may he be considered a trespasser.

how long will it take for the proceedings. If the case goes to civil then will the judgement be delayed. is there any other way for a speedy process.

since the tenant has not payed the electricity bills and rent since july will the judgement be in favour of us

You will win of course, ultimately. Time taken can not be foretold. Try to get local influential people to counsel the tenant or speak to him yourself to see what he wants.

if we try to cousel local influential people for cousel wont he book us for harrasment?

Well After Sending hima  notice though advocate he doesnt seem to be affected at all. He is telling us we will see in court. Now the Question is if it enters court will we get the rent from him? 

I hear from few sources that he need to deposit the rent in court is that so.will we get entire rent after judgement comes in our favour
