Please note that i purchased two flats in the year 2011 and registered them in registrar office. In both the flats my elder sister and my mother are co-owner. All the payments for the flats including booking and bank loan are made by me from my account and still some amount as bank loan is pending and i have been paying EMI's Please advice how can i get their name deleted from the co-ownership. As both of them are not allowing flats to either sell or get them mortgage for money so that i could invest money in business. Please advise means to get their name deleted from the registry.
