Company not accepting resignation

You need to notify your company regarding your health issue. You need to have a doctor's report available for your employer to examine and to make an informed judgement.

No one can be complled to work against their discreton. Pleae submit the resignation dulu supported by medical records/certificates.

Resignation can be without reason,notice, approval.

The employee has separated the moment employee has tendered resignation.

What is the notice period inserted in offer/appointment letter (if any) issued to you?

What is the medical condition due to which you are unable to work? Why do you feel that you need to resign only on medical grounds?

Have you signed any  Bond?
