Company not paying full & final

I have join an organisation but after one & half month i was serious ill and hospitalise. My employer try to contact me that period but it was not completed . After 5 days of absconding when i was in little bit recovery phase my relative inform the company at registred email about my health issue . In the same period company terminate me . After recovery of health (2 Month) i approach to company about my employement position. company stand on termination part and state me that company processing my valid dues. Almost 6 months has beeen lapsed, so many follow up by email/personal visit has been sent to the company. But company is not processing my dues.

what should i do in such case? Please suggest

While posting such queries employee should post basic information! 



What is this establishment; Commercial, Industrial? 


What is its nature of business say; IT, ITeS?


How many persons are employed in it? 
What is your designation and nature of duties? 



How many persons report to you? 



Do you have any power to sanction leave/increment/appoint/terminate/appraise etc etc ?

You are in which state? 
Since how many months you are working ( Noted;2 months)? 
Do standing orders (model/certified) apply to establishment and your designation?

Was ever any stinker, memo, show cause notice on any misconduct issued to you? 

Was any termiantion order issued and supplied to you?

What was your monthly salary ( You can even mention: less than Rs.18000/month or more  than Rs.18000/month)



Are you a member of employee’s/trade unions?
