Dear Sir:
I had entered into some agreement with a Pvt.Ltd company in 1998. That company was strike off in ROC in 2010 by an application made by the company. Now in 2015, the ex.Mg. Director of the company has filed a FIR under sec.420 and few other charges against me and other director's of my company.
My question is whether an ex director of a struck off company can get up after several years to make a claim on behalf of his company. Is his complaint in individual capacity has any validity?
