Construction near Air force base

Hi,

I am planning to buy a flat in chennai, the property is situated 900 meters from the chennai Air force base station

I would like to know, Is there any restiction on doing construction near by Air force statiion?

if so, what's the area limit allowed for construction?

U check a Loan file of the scheme and check the Air force Authority give a NOC for construction? If they give a NOC U can purchase a flat.

Hi Mr.Bharath,

Should a builder have NOC from IAF or I should get it personally?

The Builder says that there is an G.O(Govt Order) issued, saying that only 100 meters from Air force station area is not permissable for any construction, he also added that earlier there was a restriction till 900 meters, now they have reduced the distance from 900 to 100 meters and issued a new G.O

How can I check the G.O?
