The builder M/s. Vatika Ltd. has constructed a Community Centre in residential Colony Vatika City, Sector 49, Gurugram (Haryana). But he converted it into a Club House by providing facilities like Restaurant, Gym., Swimming Pool, Lounge area etc. and charged Rs. 45,000/- per flat as membership fee. He is also charging Rs. 500/- per month per flat as Club charges.
When the residents demanded for a hall for functions etc., the builder closed the Restaurant and converted it into a Community Hall. For this Community hall booking, he is also charging fees.
Please advise what action can be taken by the residents in this regard.
