Conveyance Deed

I own a Row House in a Housing Complex of 12 Row Houses situated on an N.A. Plot of land bought and developed by the builder from one Mr. XYZ.  We would like to have a Conveyance Deed executed, from Mr. XYZ to our Housing Complex.  Could you please advise how this can be obtained ?  No 'Society' as such has been formed.

XYZ IS LAND OWNER AND BUILDER IS DEVELOPER SO THE VENDOR IS XYZ CONFIRMMING PARTY IS BUILDER AND U R PURCHASER AND THIS TYPE CONVEYANCE DEED REGISTERED AT SUB-REGISTRAR OFFICE.  AFTER THE REGISTERED THE CONVEYANCE DEED U ENTER YOUR NAME IN REVENUE RECORDS OF THIS PROPERTY, BUT U SEARCH WHO IS THE OWNER IN REVENUE RECORDS (XYZ?)

Madam, Owner out to register conveyance deed at Sub Registrar of your locality.  Before that you have prepare the deed andalong with the owner and witness have to present the deed before the sub registrar of your locality. After receiving the document and fee the registering officer scrituny the material before him and examine the partes if he satisfies with the document presented got register and return the document to you. for the document stamp duty as per the rate in your state have to be paid prepare the document. Owner have to transfer the rights hy duly registering the document at your local registrar office.
