We won a property case filed by my grand mother over her brother's, the case was filed by 30 years ago and we got the judgement in our favour in all the courts till HC of Hyderabad.
Now, the court is going for the property auction to distribute the share 65:35 ratio.
Q.No.1 - Can we do our own propoganda through media, pamphlet distribution, news paper advertisements?
Q.No.2 - Can we stop the auction/cancel the auction if we dont get the suitable price in the auction for the property?
Q.No.3 - How many number of times we can go for property auction through the court?
