hello friends
mai or meri wife 17 march 2013 se alag reh rehe hai wo apne mayke me hai maine oct 2015 me dv file kiya uske baad dec 2015 me usne hma25 file kiya uske baad usne March 2016 me local court me dv section 12 ke ander (18,19,20,22,23 ) apply kiya hai KYa isme section 468 crpc me koi reliff milegi agar yes koi jugement hai to pls share kare

DV has retrospective effect so you can not take relief u/s 468 cr.p.c.
