I have a query regarding the declaration of housing loan for the Joint Loan.
Query : My father ( As a owner of the property ) & Myself and my brother ( as a Co-Applicants ) availed a housing loan. Was a declaration on notary is required if myself and My brother are repaying the loan as 50:50 share ?
Note : On Provisional certificate( Loan Interest & Principal details doc) all three names are present .
