sir i an working in a private company for around 2 years my boss called up and said that they do not want to continue and asked for my resignation. Talks are still going on and till date neighter i have resigned nor they have terminated.
suddenly i see a email being serculated to customers that as per new company policy no cash is to be given to any staff with immediate effect and i am the only emplyee of the company in my location.
Due to this i am feeling humiliated and defamed. Please suggest what action should i take against
