Division and getting illegaly hoded property

Please see the attachment and solve the issue.

  • CASE: PREVIOUSLY WE HAVE HOME PLOT THAT 'S LAND WAS ON MY FATHERS NAME BUT BUILT BY BOTH ( MY FATHER AND UNCLE).
  • AFTER BUILDING MY UNCLE HAS CHOOSEN  "UOPC AREA" in home plot area. AND WE WERE ON "LE MINE AREA". AND LEFT SOME COMMONE PLACES IN BETWEEN  US. AS ANGAN, ANGAN  SURROUNDING AREA, North side   empty land.
  • After some years both have purchased second plot. But during registry they have not specified sides of both parties.
  • Now our relation are not sweet so we want to separated from uncle. But we get entangled in this situation. Firstly we were agree to divide second plot in cross manner  so as that both will get front and both will get back in cross section manner. In this way we will get a piece of second plot near our home (front LE MINE AREA) .
  • But they do not allow to built us at that land.
  • So my father has gift registered me right hand part of the second plot.  Now I have legal papers of right side of second plot and left side of home plot AND PAYING Agricultural LAND TAXES FOR SAME.
  • But they have occupied small pieces of land there and not allow us to build something there.     
  •  Please suggest us how we can get separated from them.

Think twice you approach a Court, and consider personal, financial, time wastaes involved.  Get some well wishers of both the famiy and let the dispute setteled immediately.  Court is last option,  where there is no alternative and you know the litigation may take a decade and one is not sure about  final outcome.
