Dna paternity test

Instead of giving an examination you are required to provide facts of the case, if it is a real story.. 

She was suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome and she had abnormal behaviour. 

She was totally non-access as she was under medication for contiouous bleeding issues and pain in  lower part of the body. 

She deserted the home within 5 months. 

Medical prescripttion, Medical test report , Scan report supports this claim of non-access . 

But DNA result showed that the child was born to his biologicial father  who had non-access. issue with the mother .

In this condition , DNA paternity test result  is Conclusive  or Circumstantial or Corroborative

Please advice 

According to a Supreme Court ruling, DNA tests can only be treated as corroborative evidence.  

Inconclusive results can occur for many reasons. For example, even with sensitive PCR testing, the quality or quantity of DNA obtained from the biological evidence may be insufficient to produce definitive DNA typing results.

Genetic tests compare DNA markers between the man and child. When performed and interpreted correctly, genetic tests have an accuracy rate of approximately 99.999%.

 a paternity test can be wrong. As with all tests, there is always the chance that you will receive incorrect results. No test is 100 percent accurate. Human error and other factors can cause the results to be wrong.
