My husband has raised an objection when the case was to go to argument stage. I ve filed DV in Feb,2013. I still have not got any maintenance due to his deliberate dragging on the pretext of compromise. My advocate told that she will press for IM in the next hearing. Pls. tell me how many hearings it will take for the above. (his recalling the case).
