Employee secondment arrangement

Dear All,

We are an Indian company and 100% subsidiary of Japanse Company, we are engaged in the production of machines and molds. We have enetered into secondment  arrangenment  with our HQ whereby HQ depute certain employees at our factory to impart training.

Now we wish to enter into with secondment Agreement with one of the unrelated party. our HQ wants us to depute engineers of third party at our end to impart training to our staff.

My question is whether there is any restriction under any of the law , which restrict the number of Companies with which Company can entered into  Secondment Agreement.

The purpose is training.

It is felt that there is NO limit.

Refer to your legal cell, or counsel/law firm engaged for establishment.
