Employeed for 15 years sd to leave in an month.

if an employee is working in a stockbroker firm since 15 years and all of a sudden the employee is told to quit the job not because of performance not because of anything just because the boss's wife is having a doubt that the boss and the said employee is going through an affair... thats the main reason for telling the employee to quit.Now the Employee wants to take a retirement from the company how much approx should be compensated by the employer for Unemployment for further years as well as retirement benefit is possible in this case.
