It is time to build rapport and goodwil with future employer so that it accepts and absorbs you on the strength of these docs.

You can mention that until or unless current employer supplies it to you you can not supply it further.

Don’t remain entangled with HR person only.

Focus on building some irrefutable evidence in the from of written record under proper acknowledgment……………………..while remaining gentle and amiable.

Keep/download/obtain copies of all suggested docs.

The FnF docs,wages/payouts, relieving docs  should be handedover to employee on LWD, more so in case of employee that has tendered notice of resignation (especially as in appointment letter/contract of employment………as in your case), or say in next 3 days or max. by usual pay day.

 

Keep your own elders of the family, well wishers, employee’s/union leaders, by your side and remain calm and composed.
