Encorochment by neighbour in common society passage

i have purchased resale flat in 2007 and the neighbour have encoroched the passage area till my door from begining, recentely my family members have some serious disputes with neighbour and we asked to neighbour to remove this encorochment also applied to society chairmen for the same but no body is taking any decision i applied to pcmc illigle construction departement and commisioner, please suggest how i can remove this illigle encorochement thru proper authority. and really this issue can be resolved. please guide. thanks in advance
