I am buying flat at Bangalore. Still it is under construction. when we did aggrement and registration builder told as he is making 40 flats same as in documents. but before handing over he is making another 4 flats for his own purpose which is having no approval from any authority. when we asked, he is confident to get NOC through some other way without any issue. plese help us to understand, does that make sense to allow those constructions also will it make any issue when we sell our flat after certain years. how to approach leagly his issue?
