Did you leave in middle of work?

 

The nature of work is continous process, so anytime I leave would be considered as middle of work. 

 

 

 

 

Your understanding on need and importance of Service Certificate, experience certificate,relieving letter and leaving during continued process, is correct.

 

Raise your demands and nlet them state whatever they want including what

they stated verbally.

Check locally if state has granted exmption from standing orders to the establishment.

Employee's/IT employees/Trade Unions, Dept. of Labor officials,  your own counsel at your location specializing in Labor/service  matters can help you.

In case you happen to know of any adverse comeent inserted in your personnel file, reference check,BGV contest it.
