Everyone this really very sorry post this topic over here because i am running a Society under Socities Registartion Act,1961 in the name Golden Glamour Peoples Creative Centre at Kolkata.Giving financila support to the poor families for their economic development.It registered on the year 2008 and starting at 2012 at the place Bally at Howrah Dist.It was running successfuly but in the month of February'15 6 Borrowers named Smt.Ashima Pyne,Miss Kaberi Pan,Smt.Srabani Bhattacharya,Smt.Rita Bhattacharya,Smt.Rekha Mondal and Smt.Shayamali Bhattacharya has filed one G.D. on Bally Police Station dt.03.02.15 agaist in the name of Mr.Dipak Kumar Das,Smt.Keka Ganguly(Loan Officer cum Collection Agent) and Prosenjit Ganguly(Husbnad of Keka Ganguly) and alos complained to the loac TMC Office.After that we sit with them at TMC Office and finalise that we will only take principal amount excluding interest part on monthly basis as per their affordbility.But after that they are denied and confirmed that they will not pay single penny and threaten us you can do what you want.Then after giving a period on 60 days we filled cases agaisnt Smt.Ashima Pyne,Miss Kaberi Pan,Smt.Srabani Bhattacharya,Smt.Rita Bhattacharya on Arbitration Tribunal at Calcutta Highcourt on 27.03.15 and get exparte order on 04.06.15.Now we are on the process for filling execution at session court at Howrah against the.In the meanwhile they falsely file a fir no.70/15 dt.01.05.15 at Bally Police Station by falsefully using their power to file fir by the Honble.Supreme Court(what police said regarding issuance of FIR) u/s.420,406,34 with fabricated documents by the power of local politicians.Then Police give us notice for submit our documents to them on 13.06.15 and we file an application for Interim Bail on 15.06.15 which granted by the Howrah Session Court and hearing date is 01.07.15.We also file writ pettition u/s.482 at Calcutta High Court on 16.06.15 for quashing the fir.Now this is my questions are mentioned below :
(1) Can Police arrest on Interim Bail if not then can we get Regular Bail on hearing
(2) Can Police protest against our Interim bail and arrest us.
(3) What action we can take against that frauds
(4) How anybody file fir in the name of Mr.Prosenjit Ganguly who is not at all with us in our business.
