i want to know that in Maharashtra 1) does it necessary to make agreement for flat on rent? 2) does it compulsory to register ageement ? 3) is it compulsory to inform and submit photograph of tenant and agreement copy to police station ? IF NOT SUBMITED what is punishment under which act?
