Some one have prepared a POA signed it by someone else and got notarised. By this forged POA my certain properties have been sold illegally withoit my knowledge and run away with money. What is the remedy / what type of case under which section I should file FIR

PoA that is notarised may not be valid to enable the agent in POA to alienate the title.
In which year and in whihc state and for which nature of proeprty IT has happened.
