I need to know
the court has ordered a case of forgery U/SEC 420, 465,467,471, 120-B OF IPC
the police have still not made chargesheet or arretsed , against accused, not bother to take anticipatory bail
can i go now to session court and reapply.,? what is the procedure.......now
i can attach the order copy if needed
