Gift deed

Dear sir,

My grand father(hindu family) gifted his self accquired property to me in the year 2005,when i was minor by appointing my father as guardian. Now i became major ,through my father i already transferred property gifted by my grand father.

My question is  Through whom (father or grandfather) I should transfer the property. whether it is valid by transferring property to me by my father.

After attaining the majority, automatically you will become owner of the property and you can do as you like. if your father sell any piece/part of property when you was minor, then you will be owner for the remaining property.  but no transfer deed is necessary to you by your father.

1.  The father can duly execute an affidavit stating the facts and that the Son has turned major on so and so date, and that the gifted property is now duly transferred to the Son, and that only the major Son is now authorised to deal with the gifted property, for all legal purposes.

2.  The above affidavit would be sufficient for all legal purposes.
