Government recruitment fault

Respected Sir/Mam,

Problem:  Improper evaluation of written examination done by the recruiter (GOVT organisation)and final candidates selected.

Brief: I had written a online  govt recruitment exam .After the exam was conducted  the answer key was releaased online .There were around 28 wrong answer keys given by the recruitment committee. Candidates had raised objection for the same and they correceted the asnwer sheet accordingly. New answer key was released by them in which again 10 answers are wrong,  They have published the final selected candidates list on the basis of the revised answer sheet . Since the revised answer sheet itself is wrong the evaluation done is also wrong. We have proof of the correct answers .The same questions are present in the  most books which .

Question: Can We file a case against the recruiter . Will it be correct and will i get any result? Request to guide since i am a poor jobless person. I will be very  thankful .... The reason i am posting this is i am one of the candidates who has missed the job because of 0.25 marks.Simillarly there are few other candidates who are facing the same problem.We want to stop the recruitment procedure before they send proposal for document verification for the selected candidates.

Is it central govt or state govt? If central govt. File a case in Central Adm. Tribunal if it is listed in CAT else file a writ petition civil in HC. If state govt file a case in State Adm. Tribunal else filewrit petition civil in HC.

Dear Sir, thanks for your reply.

 Its a state govt recruitment  for one of the group A posts.We want the recruitment commiitee to hold back  the recruitment procedure from going forward .We want them to correct the answer keys for the wrong answers and give a new result .As almost 10 questions are wrong and we are not selected  by just 0.25 marks.We donot want to completely trash the recruitment proposal.

We have enough books and sources to prove that the answers given by them are wrong.

SO SHOULD WE GO FORWARD AND FILE A WRIT PETITION CIVIL IN HC AND WILL WE GET JUSTICE ?

Thanks for your interest.

Sir its a real case.Its one of the GROUP A govt job recruitment conducted by STATE GOVT.I am one of the candidates who participated in the exam who lost the job by just 0.25 marks.But the exam was conducted very carelessly.They had given almost 28 answers wrong for which we had sent objection.Then they corrected 18 questions .But still 10 answers are wrong.Those ten marks will completely change the list of selected candidates.So now we have no chance for objection.The only way is to stop the recruitment procedure by going to court because they have already announced the list of selected candidates.

We have enough books and sources to proove that the answers given by them are wrong.SO CAN WE PUT A CASE IN HIGH COURT AND STOP THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSS .

You have been advised by Mr M Namboothiri about where you can file case.

 

If their is no SAT inthe state then file case in High Court.
