Kindly clarify the below -
1. What is exactly a Grama-natham land ?
2. My father bought a Grama-natham land in 1995 in Chengelpet which was under possession for past 30 years by the seller of this land? how can i apply for a Patta for this land? he bought it for about 35k and spent close to 2 lakhs to construct wall boundaries on the sides. the land area is about 20 cents.
3. i have the B- notices for the penal charges paid between 1995-2001 and after that the revenue inspector stopped accepting any fee for issuing the b-notices?
4. can i use this B-notice to prove our interest on the property at the court if any litigation or govt take over happens?
5. My question is - Is the Gramanatham land belongs to Government or does Government has any rights to take over the land any time without providing any compensation to me? Simply is Gramanatham a Poramboke land or is it a valid land.
6. What is the difference between SLR (Survey of Land Register) and Natham patta? At this point, all i have is the hand written and signed parent documents mentioning the sale (not registered though), and B-notices along with some court injunction order on some local encroachers that tried to take over the land in early 2000s. Kindly advise on how to deal with getting the property on my name.
