How to complaint about fake distance learning education cent

Sir;

I have tried to take an admission from Vinayaka Mission University from Wisdom School of management, Delhi. But Wisdom School Management is looks not reliable and telling stories that I am not eligible for admission and the unvirsity is not refunding the admission fees. Kindly let me know how to file complaint againt the such agencies.
