How to file PIL in High Court

Hello Sir,

I want to file an PIL in the Gujarat High court about the corruption of the construction by the govt. authority

What is the procedure about to file PIL in the court and it is neccesary to give notice under sec 80 of CPC to the govt authority

Please give me format of PIL

there is various way for filling a PIL in High court.. If you wants to stands against Corrution first of all Collect Proof With the Help of RTI Act and then fix all the Docs with a simple format letter telling all facts.. and then send it too any of High court Justic.. If they find it true they have power to take action in sue Moto....
