How to get bail in false kidnapping case of child in rajasth

Hi. I need immediate advise. One of my clients in WBengal had been childless and had taken a new born child from a distant connect in Rajasthan, 3 years back. After 3 odd years the connect has threatened and filed a kidnapping case in Rajasthan and seized the child in WBengal. I need immediate help and advise.

if you have anything to prove that the adoption was given voluntarily then that will help you

i agreed with saravanan s and again if such are not your merits than you have to look into other ground left which may aid you to escape from false allegations
